Tactical Communication

The Adult Probation Department is sponsoring a Tactical Communication for First Responders class, on October 18. Law enforcement professionals are the target audience. Many thanks to the United Way of Knox County and Women United for providing a grant to make the class possible. Register for the class below.

First responders need to control the scene and keep everyone safe. To do that they need the respect and cooperation of the people they serve. Tactical Communication is a set of tools to gain the cooperation and respect of people from all economic backgrounds, especially those from poverty.  For more information click here.
