Der Dutchman Restaurant Bellville, a division of Dutchman Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time maintenance person. This is a low-level position designed to advise management on cost and benefits of repairing vs. replacing; as appropriate, solicit and collect estimates from sub-contractors; and ensure all preventative maintenance is performed in accordance to individual system requirements.
Candidates must be detail-oriented, self-motivated/self-directed with the ability to comprehend basic wiring and plumbing repair manuals. Ideal candidates must be able to positively communicate with guests, vendors, staff, and management, with 2-4 years of maintenance experience preferred. The position is mainly Monday – Friday, with potential for call-in on Saturdays or holidays. We are closed Sunday.
