Robert Half is seeking a success-driven candidate for a High-level Medical Assistant Opportunity with one of our fortune 100 healthcare partners in Columbus. This will be a full-time position working Monday – Friday. This individual will work with two physicians and a nurse practitioner. Medical Assistants at the are required to do scribing with the clinician which requires the ability to learn the basics of pain management. Besides working directly with patients this job requires to follow up on phone calls and completing tasks as assigned by the clinician and/or supervisor. If you are looking for a fast-paced position with a lot of variety, this could be the job for you. Another perk is that you will rarely if ever, have to work weekends!
Qualifications:
• Minimum requirements include a Medical Assistant diploma, prefer CMA
• Must be a credentialed clinical medical assistant at the time of full-time or become a credentialed clinical medical assistant within 12 months of full-time. Credentials accepted include: AAMA Certified Medical Assistant, NHA Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, NCCT National Certified Medical Assistant, AMT Registered Medical Assistant, and NAHP National Registered Certified Medical Assistant. Once credentialed, credentials must be maintained in good standing.
