A complainant, of the 11000 block of Banning Road in Mount Vernon, advised that they had found a syringe on the side of the road. Deputies gathered the syringe and disposed of it in a sharps container on June 6th, 2018.
Scott A Boylen, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Knox County Municipal Court on June 7th, 2018.
