Whether looking for an informative or entertaining read, a good movie, or audio book, The Public Library of Mt. Vernon and Knox County has something for everyone. With free WIFI access and comfortable meeting rooms, It may also prove to be an ideal place for a club or business meeting.
Having been a patron of the library over the last 12 years, I have always found the surroundings and staff to be welcoming and has a home away from home feeling.
During the coming months, the library, in association with the Friends Of The Library, will be hosting many interesting and exciting activities, the details of which I hope to share with you as time goes on. In the mean time, if you have some time on your hands, drop by and pay them a visit.
