Former Ohio State Buckeye Coach Earle Bruce Dies at age 87

2015 Ohio Senior Citizens Hall of Fame Inductee Earle Bruce passed away Friday at the age of 87. Best known as head coach of The Ohio State University‘s Ohio State University Football program from 1979 to 1987, with eight bowl appearances and four Big Ten Conference championships to his credit. He was also a stalwart warrior in the fight against #Alzheimers disease and generously volunteers his time and energy to increase research funding and find better treatments as we drive steadily towards a cure. The Earle and Jean Bruce Alzheimer’s Research Fund benefits the Memory Disorders Research Center at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He exemplified a life lived #WellBeyond60.
