...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect until 4 PM EDT this afternoon.

* Winds...Gusts of 45 to 50 mph expected from the southwest and
  west.

* Timing...This morning into this afternoon.

* Impacts...Expect some tree branches to come down. The ground is
  wet and a few trees could be uprooted. Some power lines may be
  downed.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory is issued for sustained winds of 31 to 39 mph or
gusts between 46 and 57 mph. Winds of this magnitude can cause
minor property damage without extra precautions. Motorists should
use caution especially motorists in high profile vehicles.
