The In The Know academic quiz bowl team of Luke Trese, Mary Harris, Jacob Lebold, Malcolm McDonnell, and Christian Knox defeated teams from Millersport, Lakewood, Northridge, Watkins, Licking Heights, Utica, Johnstown, and Licking Valley. Their only loss was to Centerburg that was very close throughout the entire match, earning Mount Vernon 2nd place overall in the Licking County Quiz Bowl League.
