A complainant, of the 100 block o Roosevelt Avenue in Mount Vernon, advised that someone took her rototiller on October 18th, 2017.
Samantha L Cunningham, of Mount Vernon, was picked up on an active warrant out of the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on October 20th, 2017.
Deputies responded to Kenyon College on a traffic complaint of individuals driving a white pickup truck yelling profanities and racial slurs towards students on October 21st, 2017.
