Enrollment Packets and Parent Handbooks are now available in our Salvation Army Office located at 2016 E. Ohio Avenue, Mount Vernon, Ohio.
You may stop by to pick one up Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 11:30 AM and from 1:00 to 3:30 PM.
There are only 50 spots available, so please return them as soon as possible. We will take a wait list.
You may call in to reserve a spot, but that hold will only last until August 14th without a completed Enrollment Packet. The office phone number is 740-392-8716.
After August 14th that spot will go to the next child on the wait list.
