Supervised Community Service Program Cleaning Up

This past weekend, the Supervised Community Service Program completed approximately 60 hours of community service on two different projects. At Ariel Foundation Park, flower beds were weeded for future mulching and the picnic tables received a light sanding and a coat of stain. On the Heart of Ohio Trail, a crew cleared fence lines and bridges of weeds and branches encroaching on the bike path. On July 29, a crew will be back on the Trail, starting at the Johnstown Road crossing working toward Centerburg. The trail will remain open, but we ask that riders slow down for the workers on the Trail. Thank you.
