Shae Fairchild, 38, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for no operator’s license on May 14th 2017.
Abigale Finegan, 22, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for running a stop sign on May 15th 2017.
Hubert Wells, 19, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for fictitious plates on May 15th 2017.
Wesley Young, 23, of Columbus,
was cited for driving under suspension and was charged with drug abuse and marijuana drug paraphernalia on May 15th 2017.
