was charged with obstructing official business on March 11th 2017.
Colin Grogg, 24, of Fredericktown,
was charged with open container on March 12th 2017.
Rayanne Crumet, 21, of Mount Vernon,
was arrested for a disturbance on March 13th 2017.
Matthew Bigboy, 22, of Johnstown,
was arrested for a disturbance on March 13th 2017.
