Recover Stolen
On 2/8 DPD officer recovered stolen property from W. 2nd St. in Cardington. Cardington PD gave assistance. This comes from investigation on a Feb 8th theft on Richards St. Danville.

Drug Related
On 2/9 DPD officer located a baggie of marijuana and a cell phone on S. Market Street.

Traffic Complaint
On 2/9 DPD received complaint from a Danville School’s bus driver that Buckeye Rd. only has one lane open which makes road impassable for the school bus.
On 2/9 DPD received report of reckless driver in School Zone on W. Rambo Street.

Fraud
On 2/9 DPD handled a computer fraud issue on station.

Assist
On 2/9 DPD gave assistance to a citizen on S. Market Street.
On 2/11 DPD assisted OSP w/auto crash on Nashville Road.

Gas Drive Off
On 2/10  Convenience Store reported a $23.77 gas drive off. DPD officer located the person who returned to pay.
On 2/11  Convenience Store reported a $35.64 gas drive off. Incident is under investigation.

Dog/Animal
On 2/9 a citizen brought a Boxer to DPD advising it was found in area of the Village Square. Officer took dog to police station and located owner who responded to recover their dog.
On 2/10 a person reported to DPD their brindle colored Cha Weenie dog strayed away from their E. Walnut Street residence and is lost.

Attempted Theft
On 2/10 a S. Linwood Street resident reported to DPD someone attempted to steal an item off their property.

Threats
On 2/10 DPD received report of persons possibly wanting to do harm to another on Main Street.

Suspicious Vehicle/Persons
On 2/11 a DPD officer observed a suspicious vehicle at the Village Park on S. Market Street. Officer made identification on vehicle’s occupants. Checked OK.
