Mark Harris, 44, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for right of way when turning left on January 31st 2017.
Jessie Regan, 33, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for driving under an FRA suspension on February 1st 2017.
Nicholas Hamilton, 18, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with house arrest violation on February 1st 2017.
Kimberly Price, 17, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for traffic control sig. terms on February 1st 2017.
Scott Cosner, 31, of Mount Vernon,
was picked up under warrant on February 1st 2017.
Shannon Firth, 43, of Millersburg,
was charged with receiving stolen property and drug abuse on February 1st 2017.
