MOUNT VERNON – Andy Black, 39 of Howard, was found guilty after a trial to the Court of driving under financial responsibility suspension and not wearing his seatbelt in the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on January 18, 2017. After testimony from investigating officer Dep. Timothy Knell of the Knox County Sheriff’s Office the Court sentenced Black to pay a fine of $200 plus court costs for driving under suspension and the mandatory $30 file for failing to wear his seatbelt.
