A victim, of the 15000 block of Monroe Mills Road in Howard, advised that someone shot out the security lights at one of his properties on January 15th 2017.
Triston L Martin, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on reports of threats on January 14th 2017.
A representative of Kenyon College reported drug paraphernalia found on Ackland Street. The item was collected and impounded at the Knox County Sheriff’s Office and held for destruction on January 14th 2017.
