was charged with theft on December 19th 2016.
Tia Picklesimer, 24, of Newark,
was charged with Complicity – Aid or Abet on December 19th 2016.
Charles Popenoe, 35, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for driving under suspension and running a stop sign on December 20th 2016.
Madison Bump, 19, of Fredericktown,
was charged with theft on December 20th 2016.
Mandy Burney, 39, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead on December 20th 2016.
Travis Lonsinger, 22, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with theft on December 2th 2016.
Clarence Parker, 92, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead on December 20th 2016.
