Elizabeth Dowalter, 37, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with theft on December 9th 2016.
Laura Fawcett, 38, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with drug paraphernalia offenses on December 12th 2016.
Jonathan Flack, 43, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for expired or unlawful license plates on December 12th 2016.
Austin Muck, 17, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for headlights on vehicles and was charged with a curfew violation on December 12th 2016.
Noah Muck, 16, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with a curfew violation on December 12th 2016.
