Mount Vernon Police Arrests – Dec 08 2016

Lloyd Tucker, 37, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with drug abuse on December 6th 2016.
Daniel Huffman, 29, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with drug paraphernalia, possessing drug abuse instruments, possession of drugs, possession or sale of hypodermic and a probation violation on Decmeber 6th 2016.
James Dowalter, 465, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for driving under an FRA suspension, expired or unlawful license plates and fictitious plates on December 6th 2016.
Scott Thomas, 35, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with a probation violation on December 6th 2016.
Marsha Taylor, 53, of Fredericktown,
was cited for running a red light on December 7th 2016.
