Mount Vernon Police Arrests – Dec 06 2016

Brandy Butcher, 39, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with theft on December 2nd 2016.
Elizabeth Dowalter, 37, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for driving under the influence and driving under the influence within 20 years of a prior offense on December 5th 2016.
Roger Tickler, 60, of Utica,
was cited for speed on December 5th 2016.
Thomas Higgins, 38, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with a probation violation on December 5th 2016.
