Marissa Rocko, 17, of Howard,
was charged with a probation violation on November 30th 2016.
Matthew Woody, 26, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with possessing drug abuse instruments on November 30th 2016.
Brandi Daniels, 36, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with marijuana drug paraphernalia on November 30th 2016.
Danielle Smith, 25, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with marijuana drug paraphernalia on November 30th 2016.
Constance Pikaart, 31, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with drug abuse on December 1st 2016.
Kelsey Davis, 23, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for loud exhaust and was charged with drug abuse on December 1st 2016.
Bonnie Woods, 34, of Fredericktown,
was cited for driving under the influence, driving under the influence (.08 to .17 of 1 gram/210L of breath and failure to control on December 1st 2016.
Rebecca Skidmore, 39, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for driving under an FRA suspension on December 1st 2016.
