Looking for a great holiday gift? Whether your special someone likes to cook or simply likes to eat, come find a treat at the Friends of the Library Cookbook Silent Auction at the Public Library of Mount Vernon and Knox County, 201 N. Mulberry Street.
A collection of new and gently used cookbooks will be on display on the main floor through Saturday, December 3, noon. Bidders can place silent bids on one or all items. Proceeds will benefit the Friends of the Library non-profit group that supports library and community programs at library locations in Mount Vernon, Gambier, Fredericktown and Danville.
